The day of check in was for 4pm, the host messaged and ask if check in was ok, but we didn’t arrive until 9pm. Once we got to her place, lights were on for us and everything. Pictures was described how it looks; in person the house is much bigger than you think. Beds were all comfortable, house was roomy, pool was super clean and huge, pool water was nice and warm. Overall, the house is nice and beautiful. Quite neighborhood. Would rent again. Thank you for the stay at your place.

We stayed here 4/6/24 through 4/13/24. It was a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. In the evenings we did jigsaw puzzles. There were plenty to choose from. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. We really liked that there were 4 pools to choose from and they were clean as well. The location is great! It’s very close to amusement parks and a lot of other fun activities. While here we got to see 2 rocket launches! We will definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home! Everything was new and they have done a great job decorating and designing the property! It had everything we needed for our vacation. It's a great community and easy access to the community pool and the beach. Definitely a relaxing place to stay. The host was easy to communicate with and was helpful when we needed questions answered. We would most certainly stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! A house with very nice design! A lot of decor elements, the color scheme is observed throughout the house! The house is cozy, comfortable! I would say better than at home! There was everything you need except salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil. I will recommend this place to friends and will definitely come back if we still want to visit Orlando.

Really spacious villa with a number of unique features. We especially liked the themed bedrooms, but also enjoyed the large family cinema space upstairs. And the gated residence with private security made us feel safe during our stay.

Enjoyed staying here with my family. It was big enough to accommodate us all. Enjoyed everyone having their own bathrooms. The pool was clean. The kids liked the game room. Will stay here again!
It was an amazing house, so clean and we had all we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped, there is a tv in each room and it has cable. The kids didn’t want to leave the game room. The pool was clean, kids enjoyed a lot. It is a bit far from supermarkets, the closest is publix. There are many restaurants around. I would definitely stay in this cozy house again.

The entire experience was excellent. From booking to checkout everything was clearly spelled out and went very smoothly. Upon arrival, the house was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Plenty of room for my family of six along with a visit from the in laws. Rooms were large, bathrooms were spacious and clean. With 8 of us, we had plenty of space to hang out or to go get ready to go out. I recommend this home 100%.

Such a beautiful place! There is so much room and everyone had their own bathroom! We took our 5 children and my mother, and it was perfect! The host was very responsive and was quick to reply back. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back for some theme park fun!

We had an absolute blast at this home! The kids did not want to leave, and my husband and I enjoyed mornings sitting by the pool drinking our coffee! The game room was a huge hit when my kids weren’t in the pool! We would absolutely stay here again!

This 5 bedroom home was very comfortable for our group of 8. The living space was nice for meals and gathering and we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The small patio and pool area was nice in the afternoons as the sun was setting. The host was very responsive when needed, and the location of local restaurants and attractions was excellent. We found the 10-15 minute drive in any direction provided everything we needed to see in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

Our family of nine people, five adults and four children spent 16 days at this amazing house. It’s located just across from the clubhouse and resort pool which we used almost every day. It was wonderful. We also used the house pool and we paid to have it heated and that was well worth it. It was close to all shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Disney parks. I would definitely rent this house again. Furniture was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for all of us.
We had an amazing week! The house was awesome! Clean, close to everything, great location!! Our family loved it! Slight issue with the pool heat, but the host was on top of it all week long. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful home and quiet location.
The house is amazing, truly the best home you can rent at this location. It's on a corner lot with an amazing view of the buoy, we enjoyed seeing alligators peeking their heads out of the water along with other natural wildlife experiences. Everyone really loved the household, super neat home and defiantly has a WOW factor.

This place was perfect for my friends and myself who hadn’t seen each other for over 30 years. There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The playroom and the heated swimming pool are where we spent most of our time talking and relaxing. This is the right place for a big group.

Came down for a golf trip with eight guys. The house met our needs and was centrally located where we played. The host did a great job setting things up and responding to those last-minute things that pop up.

We arrived shortly after check in time. Home was easy to locate and check in instructions were perfect. The home was clean and spacious. Exactly as described. We had everything we needed for our stay and the prior notification of items we should bring for our stay was very helpful. The host was extremely prompt and professional. We were in Orlando for a church convention, and this accommodated us and more. We will be in Orlando Florida again in 2025, and we most definitely will be renting more than one that she owns.

This place was amazing. There were 8 of us, and we all had privacy after long park days. My husband and I stayed in the steam punk room and can honestly both say we slept better in there than anywhere we have ever stayed. The pool area was excellent and was used every day we were there and felt very private. The kitchen did include a crock pot, which came in handy for park days. We hope to do another trip to see Universal and we hope to stay here again!
